Abstract: This study aims to examine the differences of heavy metal content among different human's hair. The hair samples are measured by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence analysis ( ED-XRF) ,which are divided into 15 groups according to volunteers'personality type, age and lifestyles. The results reveal: Accuracy personality people show significant higher content of Zinc in the hair than people from extroversion personality group; With the age increasing, the content of Zinc increases until forming a peak at 20-30 age group, and then the content of Zinc is falling down; It is found that the people smoking cigarette and having hair dyeing have higher Copper and Iron and lower Zinc on average but not significant.
